Application of Richard Breed, owner/applicant; requesting from the Avon Zoning Regulations, Sections IV.A.6. & IV.A.4.p., a 45’ variance from the 120’ front yard setback requirement to permit a shed located at 418 Lovely Street in an R-30 zone. – CONTINUED FROM FEBRUARY 23, 2012.

Application of Zbigniew Matulaniec Trustee owner/applicant; requesting from the Avon Zoning Regulations section IV.A.2., a 929 sq.ft. variance from the 1,000 sq.ft. permitted for accessory buildings, to build a 1,666 sq.ft. garage/storage accessory structure, (a 263 sq.ft. accessory structure (cottage) exists), located at 485 Deercliff Road in an RU-2A zone.  

Application of Estate of Mary H. Vernon owner, Lawrence P. Vernon Executor applicant; requesting from the Avon Zoning Regulations Section IV.A.6., a 6’ variance from the 30’ side yard requirement for existing garage to remain, a 21’ variance from the 30’ side yard requirement for the existing barn to remain, to create a new building lot, located at 57 Smith Road in an R-30 zone.
